• A reservation request submitted through the Site is a request only. Your reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Barrios (for example, by email, phone, or other confirmation).
• You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are accurate.
• If you need to change or cancel a reservation request, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details above.
4) Email updates / communications
If you sign up for news and updates, you consent to receive communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message (if provided) or by contacting us.
5) Menus, pricing, hours, and availability
Information on the Site (including menus, pricing, promotions, and hours) is provided for general information and may change at any time without notice. Availability of items, promotions, and seating is not guaranteed.

If, despite the above, Barrios is found liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to the Site, our total liability will be limited to the greater of (a) CAD $50 or (b) the amount you paid to us through the Site (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
